Q: What is confidence coaching?
A: Confidence coaching helps children build self-esteem, develop positive thinking, and learn tools to handle challenges, emotions, and new situations.
Q: What ages do you work with?
A: I work primarily with children ages 6–12.
Q: What if my child is shy or hesitant?
A: That’s completely okay! I create a warm, supportive space where kids feel safe to open up at their own pace.
Q: How long does it take to see results?
A: Every child is different, but many parents notice positive changes in confidence and mindset within a few sessions.
Scheduling & Booking
Q: How do I get started?
A: You can book a free discovery call to see if it’s a good fit, or book a session directly online.
Q: Are sessions virtual or in person?
A: Sessions are currently offered online for convenience and flexibility. I also offer in person sessions in the GTHA based on location.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

A: I offer both single sessions and multi-session packages depending on your child’s needs.
